Griffiths brings over two decades of experience in warehousing and logistics. After joining Spelsberg through an agency, she was impressed by the company’s environment and supportive team. She transitioned to a permanent role in less than 12 weeks.

Currently, Griffiths’s role involves picking and dispatching orders and supporting assembly operations when needed. Looking ahead, she is set to begin forklift training in the new year, a step that promises to broaden her skills and enhance her contributions to the business.
