Optimal Industrial Automation has appointed three technical account managers to further enhance its support for companies in the manufacturing, processing, energy, aerospace and life sciences sectors.

New technical account manager Ashley Ansell brings decades of experience in Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) technologies, electrical engineering and automation system integration, having worked in both technical and business development roles. In addition, industrial automation specialist Phil Walker has a track record in supporting companies across a variety of industries from a number of global roles. Also joining the team, chartered engineer Darren Manning brings experience in manufacturing and process automation systems, as well as an in-depth understanding of cybersecurity.

In their new positions, they will work with partners and customers, and foster collaborations to develop solutions that address the specific requirements of end users.
