Burckhardt receives training certification 21 July 2023
Burckhardt Compression has received an exclusive Certificate of Apprenticeship from the US Department of Labor to train and certify Laby Compressor Technicians.
The training programme, offered only internally at this stage, entails 144 hours of classroom instruction and 2’000 hours of hands-on experience. Upon completion, participants will be awarded a diploma directly from the US Department of Labor.
This certification is the first step in Burckhardt’s broader vision for employee development. The company aims to expand this programme to include training for millwrights, potentially leading to an associate degree.
