ARI acquires Warren Controls15 October 2024

ARI (Armaturen Albert Richter) has acquired valve control company Warren Controls in Pennsylvania in a move to expand its presence in the US.

The acquisition will also enable ARI to expand its product portfolio and offer its customers a wider range of products and services.

ARI offers a range of industrial valves and related services to customers in various industries, such as general industry, heating, ventiliation and air conditioning, shipbuilding, machine building industry or chemical industry.
