Q8Oils selects Impact Handling for forklift maintenance 29 October 2013

Impact Handling has used its all-makes expertise to secure a sole supplier servicing agreement with Leeds-based Q8Oils, to maintain its 16-strong fleet of materials handling equipment.

Q8Oils awarded the contract to Impact Handling following a review of its maintenance requirements, selecting the company's Doncaster depot for its fast response times, performance and ability to combine service support with provision of additional machines on short-term hire.

"Impact Handling impressed us with its service offering, and has already proven they can deliver on their promise to maintain our equipment to the highest standards," states Q8Oils' purchasing co-ordinator Steve Haigh:

And he adds: "We recognise that expert scheduled and preventative maintenance will help our machines to last longer, perform better and be less likely to suffer unexpected downtime."
